So what’s good nutrition?

Here are a few simple steps to improving what you eat IMMEDIATELY:-

  1. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
  2. Consume good quality protein from sources like lean meats (chicken, grass-fed beef etc) and dairy products like egg, milk and cheese.
  3. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day or 8 glasses.
  4. Reduce or completely avoid processed food items which contain excessive amounts of sodium (salt) and sugar.
