Kettlebell Clean & Push Press
Workout:
5 minutes for reps of Kettlebell Clean & Push Press @ 20kg/12kg.
*These are total reps for both arms. You can switch hands at any time.
Rest 2 minutes, then:-
With a running clock, do 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute.. continuing for as many minutes as you are able to.
Beginner: Scale movements and load as necessary.
Advanced: KB @ 24kg/16kg.

5 Kettlebell Push Jerks @ 29kg/12kg, Left & Right
20 Squats
Beginner: Scale movements and loads as necessary.

30-20-10 reps of:
Burpees

100 Kettlebell Snatches @ 20kg/12kg.

Beginner: Complete 70 reps, scaling load as necessary.
Advanced: KB @ 24kg/16kg. Each time you break, do 3 burpees immediately.
