5 Kettlebell Push Press, Left & Right
20 Walking Lunges(10 per leg)
5 Kettlebell Push Press, Left & Right
10 Walking Lunges(5 per leg)
5 Kettlebell Push Press, Left & Right
Rest 5 minutes, then:-
3 Plank Holds x 15 secs
