Workout:

Double Kettlebell Press 3 sets x 5 reps, then:-

3 rounds of:

1 minute Kettlebell Snatch, Left

30 seconds Rest

1 minute Kettlebell Snatch, Right

30 seconds Rest

1 minute Push Ups

30 seconds Rest
